During my recent stay at L'Echo Et L'Abbaye, I was delighted with the central location and traditional charm. The friendly owners and the proximity to Abbey La Chaise-Dieu made my visit truly memorable. However, what stood out the most for me was the view over the square, which added to the overall ambiance of the place. The cheeseboard and house wines from St Pourcain were a delightful touch to the dining experience. My time spent there was truly satisfying, and I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel for a wonderful stay.
